𝙀𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙉𝙤𝙬 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙩

 🥦Day 6: 𝙀𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙉𝙤𝙬 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙩 

𝙎𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚: "This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." - Psalm 118:24  

𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙚: Now contact encompasses the full spectrum of experiences. Understand that labeling Now contact as pleasant or unpleasant is a conditioned response. Liberation comes from embracing the fullness of each moment, acknowledging that the day is made by the Lord, calling for rejoicing and gladness in all its facets.

𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Reflect on your tendency to categorize Now contact. How can the acknowledgment of each moment as divinely made lead to a more joyful existence?
